Terms of Service
Last Updated: 1/20/2026
Welcome to Qrate! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our service, which allows you to save, and organize content ("the Service"). By sending content to our WhatsApp number or using our Service in any way, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Qrate provides a personal AI assistant that receives content you send via WhatsApp, including links, text, voice notes, images, and documents. Our Service then processes, analyzes, and organizes this content for your personal use.
2. Your Content
You retain full ownership of the content you submit to Qrate. We don't claim any ownership rights over your text, files, images, or any other data you provide.
By using the Service, you grant Qrate a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and process your content solely for the purpose of operating, providing, and improving the Service for you. This includes using AI models to analyze, summarize, and categorize your content.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to store or transmit any content that:
- Is illegal or promotes illegal activities.
- Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Is hateful, harassing, or discriminatory.
- Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
- Constitutes spam or unsolicited commercial messages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate this policy.
4. Our Intellectual Property
The Service, including its underlying technology, design, and our brand, are and will remain the exclusive property of Qrate and its licensors. You may not reuse our code or branding without our express permission.
5. Termination
You are free to stop using our Service at any time. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Service at any time at our discretion and without notice, though we will strive to provide you with advance notice if possible.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties. While we strive to provide a reliable and accurate service, we do not guarantee that it will always be secure, error-free, or that your content will be safe from loss or corruption. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qrate will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will do our best to provide notice before the changes take effect. By continuing to use the Service after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
